Job Requirements

  • Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license
  • Must maintain a valid Washington State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit
  • Must have or be able to obtain a Class 12 Alcohol Service Permit
  • Must be 21 years or older

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license
  • Bartending school or relevant job experience preferred
  • Must maintain a valid Washington State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit
  • Must have or be able to obtain a Class 12 Alcohol Service Permit
  • Knowledge and skill using Point of Sales system
  • Knowledge of BERG liquor dispensing system
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards and safety regulations as required
  • Skilled in effectively communicating and demonstrating ability to work well with guests and co-workers
  • Read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Ability to exhibit good character, self-motivated, and hardworking
  • Ability to maintain neat, clean, and healthy work habits
  • Ability to demonstrate quick and efficient processes
  • Ability to identify and handle intoxicated guests in accordance with established policy and procedure
  • Must be 21 years or older

Job Duties

  • Exemplifies Muckleshoot Casino Resort's values and set a great example by always demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism
  • Practice, support, and promote the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort
  • Stock beer, wine, liquor, ice, mixers, and dry goods
  • Give breaks to bartender or beverage servers
  • Wash and stock glassware and utensils
  • Clean bar area in a safe and sanitary manner
  • Mix drinks as needed
  • Create, maintain, and facilitate a positive work environment
  • Promote positive team member relations and report issues to the appropriate personnel
  • Perform other duties as assigned
