Job Duties
- Oversee setup, execution, cleanup, and accountability for all bars
- stock glassware, sodas, juices, back bars, front bars, and any other equipment set for bar
- assist bartenders in maintaining adequate amounts of supplies, including liquor, beer, wine, ice, and dry stock
- transport and replace all items needed
- maintain cleanliness of bar areas and event spaces
