Job Duties
- Be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to guests, managers and employees
- Receive all liquor, beer and wine from storeroom daily
- Maintain cleanliness of bar, refrigerators, and service areas
- Replenish liquor, beer and wine during the shift
- Be familiar with beverages, cocktails and hotel mixing portion control
- Assist in opening and closing side-work
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of bar or lounge areas
- Assist with maintaining beverage cost
- Follow procedures in serving alcohol carefully to avoid challenges with intoxicated guests
- Retrieve and deliver food items to customers according to service standards
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
