Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Ability to remain calm and well organized under pressure while working quickly
- Ability to prioritize and maintain multiple tasks at a time
- Good time management skills
- Basic knowledge of wine, beer, and liquor
- Ability to respond promptly to guest needs
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Must speak clearly and persuasively

- Ability to stand and walk for majority of shift

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Experience in food and beverage operations preferred
- Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively
- Knowledge of local community attractions and activities beneficial
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Ability to multitask efficiently and work under pressure
Job Duties
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction utilizing the G.U.E.S.T. standards
- Assist bartending staff as needed
- Set up a bar thoroughly and swiftly
- Maintain service and sanitation standards according to health code regulations
- Stock refrigerating units with wines and bottled beer
- Replace empty beer kegs with full ones
- Slice and pit fruit used to garnish drinks
- Wash glasses, bar, and equipment and polish bar fixtures
- Clear and reset counters or tables at conclusion of each course
- Assist dining room servers in the food and beverage service, set tables, serve guests as directed by the server, keep menus clean, and maintain a clean table between servings and menu knowledge
- Assist with providing tables with beverages
- Remove solid linens and replace them with clean linen
- Transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing station
- Polish silver and glass as needed
- Present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and beverage
- Seat guests in the dining room
- Mop floors
- Remove empty bottles and trash
- Mix and prepare flavors for mixed drinks
- Maintain the daily operations of the restaurant through the execution of daily side work
- Keep bar area clean and organized at all times
- Attend all required training and department meetings
- Perform all other duties as assigned, planned or unplanned
