Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in barback or similar hospitality roles
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items
  • strong organizational skills
  • good communication skills
  • knowledge of safety and health regulations

Job Duties

  • possess in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage menus and the company
  • properly set up the bar stations, perform side-work and other opening/closing procedures as directed by management
  • maintain general cleanliness of bar and bar area, and the entire venue
  • maintain inventory of bar supplies and alert managers when supplies are low
  • ensure the delivery of all food and beverage to the guests
  • accurately complete all end-of-shift financial procedures
  • portray a positive and professional attitude and appearance
