Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in barback or similar hospitality roles
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items
- strong organizational skills
- good communication skills
- knowledge of safety and health regulations

Job Duties
- possess in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage menus and the company
- properly set up the bar stations, perform side-work and other opening/closing procedures as directed by management
- maintain general cleanliness of bar and bar area, and the entire venue
- maintain inventory of bar supplies and alert managers when supplies are low
- ensure the delivery of all food and beverage to the guests
- accurately complete all end-of-shift financial procedures
- portray a positive and professional attitude and appearance
