Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment preferred
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Standing for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage menus and the company
- Properly sets up the bar stations, performs side-work and other opening/closing procedures as directed by management
- Maintain general cleanliness of bar and bar area, and the entire venue
- Maintains inventory of bar supplies and alerts managers when supplies are low
- Ensures the delivery of all food and beverage to the guests
- Accurately completes all end-of-shift financial procedures
- Portrays a positive and professional attitude and appearance
