Job Requirements
- Ability to speak, read, write and understand English
- professional demeanor appropriate for a luxury environment
- ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with guests, staff and management
- knowledge, understanding and compliance of policies and procedures, daily memorandums and other instructions
Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- knowledge of alcoholic beverage selections and garnish techniques

- basic understanding of health and safety standards
Job Duties
- Perform set up duties as requested to include side stations, storage areas and food staging area
- Perform general cleaning tasks utilizing cleaning to adhere to health and safety standards
- Fold napkins for meal periods to maintain an adequate supply
- Clean unexpected spills and execute special guest requests
- Operate as a member of the team, helping others and requesting help as needed
- Responsible for setup and break down of bar
- Responsible for changing out and proper storage of liquor and beer kegs
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
