Job Requirements

must be at least 21 years old
previous restaurant experience preferred
must complete Food Handlers and BASSET Certificate
ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
ability to lift, balance, and carry trays up to 30 pounds

Job Qualifications

excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
well-organized with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
possess strong work attention and attention to detail
must be at least 21 years old
previous restaurant experience preferred
must complete Food Handlers and BASSET Certificate

Job Duties

have complete knowledge of products and specifications
follow and execute service standards as outlined in training
help promote a safe and clean environment for co-workers and guests
control the amount of alcohol served so that guests do not become intoxicated
oversee bar maintenance
always maintain a clean and organized bar
keep bar area supplied in glassware, garnishes, etc
provide bartenders with the appropriate spirit/glass/garnish/tool to help them move efficiently and quickly in making drinks
provide guests at the bar with the correct and appropriate silverware for their food items
clean up any spills/broken glassware in the bar area
further duties not currently listed in this outline may be added at the manager's discretion
