Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least two years of experience in a fast-paced bar, high-end club or restaurant
- ability to multitask under pressure
- physical ability to lift and carry heavy items
- availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
- excellent communication skills
- ability to follow safety protocols
- dependable and punctual
- knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- ability to work well in team environments
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- ability to interact with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards
- basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- ability to read, speak and write English to communicate with guests
- ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- availability to work all Yankee Stadium events including extended hours, nights, weekends and holidays
- sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing and pulling
- two to three years working in a fast-paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant
Job Duties
- Provide supplies and items to bartenders upon request to assure exceptional guest service in the concessions environment
- stock bar items daily and fill ice bins as needed
- anticipate needs throughout the shift
- assist in keeping all areas clean and organized
- report timely to work and prepared to start at the starting time
- abide by operating standards outlined in the policy and procedure manual
- ensure prompt and quality service is provided
- perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required
