Job Requirements

Must be 21 years or older
Must be able to obtain an Alcohol Awareness Card
Must carry work cards at all times during shift and act responsibly in accordance with health and alcohol training
Minimum 1 year of food and beverage experience in a fast-paced environment with barback or fine dining experience preferred
Ability to provide exceptional guest service, demonstrate enthusiasm and professionalism, and effective listening skills
Ability to lift frequently up to 30 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment while maintaining proper portion control, safety, health, and service standards
Must adhere to all grooming standards including no visible tattoos, piercings, or unnatural hair colors

Job Duties

Practice, support, and promote Atlantis Casino Company-wide culture and service standards
Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized bar, lounge, dining area, and side station including glassware, garnishes, condiments, and dry goods
Verify par levels for all products and equipment needs at the beginning of every shift and report shortages to management
Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management in written and verbal form
Follow mandated safety and sanitation procedures at all times
