Job Requirements

Must be 21 years or older
able to obtain an Alcohol Awareness Card
carry work cards at all times during shift and act responsibly per health and alcohol training
one plus year of previous food and beverage experience in fast-pace environment preferred barback or fine dining experience
frequent lifting up to 30 lbs occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs
sitting standing for most of the shift bending and moving intermittently
ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment maintaining proper portion control safety health and service standards

Job Duties

Practice support and promote company culture and service standards
maintain a clean stocked and organized bar lounge dining area and side stations including all glassware garnishes condiments and dry goods
verify par levels for products and equipment at the beginning of shifts report shortages to management
communicate effectively with guests team members and management in written and verbal forms
adhere to safety and sanitation procedures at all times
lift and move objects up to 50 pounds occasionally
assist in food and beverage service as needed
