Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • able to obtain an Alcohol Awareness Card
  • carry work cards at all times during shift and act responsibly per health and alcohol training
  • one plus year of previous food and beverage experience in fast-pace environment preferred barback or fine dining experience
  • frequent lifting up to 30 lbs occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs
  • sitting standing for most of the shift bending and moving intermittently
  • ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment maintaining proper portion control safety health and service standards

Job Duties

  • Practice support and promote company culture and service standards
  • maintain a clean stocked and organized bar lounge dining area and side stations including all glassware garnishes condiments and dry goods
  • verify par levels for products and equipment at the beginning of shifts report shortages to management
  • communicate effectively with guests team members and management in written and verbal forms
  • adhere to safety and sanitation procedures at all times
  • lift and move objects up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • assist in food and beverage service as needed
