Job Requirements
- must be 21 years or older
- able to obtain an alcohol awareness card
- carry work cards at all times during shifts and act responsibly according to health and alcohol training
- one plus year of previous food and beverage experience in a fast-paced environment
- preferred barback or fine dining experience
- demonstrate exceptional guest service and professionalism
- frequent lifting up to 30 pounds, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
- must stand and move intermittently throughout shifts
- ability to work in a high-volume environment maintaining safety and service standards
- adhere to grooming standards with no visible tattoos, piercings or unnatural hair colors
Job Qualifications
- must be 21 years or older

- carry work cards during shifts and adhere to health and alcohol training
- at least one year of food and beverage experience in a fast-paced environment
- experience as barback or in fine dining preferred
- demonstrate exceptional guest service, enthusiasm, professionalism and listening skills
- able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- capable of standing, sitting, bending, and moving throughout the shift
- ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment maintaining portion control, safety, health and service standards
Job Duties
- practice and promote Atlantis Casino culture and service standards
- maintain a clean, stocked and organized bar, lounge, dining area and side stations
- verify par levels for all products and equipment at the beginning of shifts
- communicate effectively with guests, team members and management
- follow mandated safety and sanitation procedures
- support food and beverage service for assigned outlet
- lift and move items up to 50 pounds as required
