Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged preferred
- minimum of 6 months of related experience
- bilingualism is preferred but not required
- ability to manage high-volume and stressful situations effectively
- excellent communication skills for providing exceptional guest service
- comfortable working in a casino environment with exposure to smoke, bright lights, and noise
- capability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 25 to 30 pounds
- endurance to walk and stand throughout assigned shifts
- able to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and or certifications as required by local gaming regulations

Job Duties
- maintain established stock levels by transporting cases of beverages from walk-in coolers to the bar
- prepare requisitions as needed
- ensure a constant supply of ice, glassware, and drink garnishes
- rotate fresh fruit to maintain quality
- keep all areas of the bar clean and organized
- restock kegs in walk-in coolers and rotate bottled beer in reach-in coolers
- empty trash bins in the bar area and ensure proper disposal
