Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
minimum of 6 months of related experience
ability to manage high-volume and stressful situations effectively
excellent communication skills
comfortable working with exposure to smoke, bright lights, and noise
capability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 25-30 pounds
endurance to walk and stand throughout assigned shifts
able to obtain and maintain necessary licenses or certifications as required by local gaming regulations

Job Qualifications

bilingualism preferred but not required

Job Duties

Maintain established stock levels by transporting cases of beverages from walk-in coolers to the bar
prepare requisitions as needed
ensure constant supply of ice, glassware, and drink garnishes
rotate fresh fruit to maintain quality
keep all bar areas clean and organized
restock kegs in walk-in coolers
rotate bottled beer in reach-in coolers
empty trash bins in the bar area and ensure proper disposal
perform other duties as assigned to support team objectives
