Job Requirements
- Must be able to pass mandatory screening including a background check and drug test
- Must possess a California Food Handler Card
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Available for work which may include weekends and evening scheduling
- Able to deal effectively and interact well with customers and co-workers
- Able to resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner
- Able to communicate clearly with team members
- Able to work independently
- Able to work within a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Entry-level position
- Previous barback or food handling experience helpful
- Previous bartender experience a plus

Job Duties
- Stock all bars for supplies prior to the start of each shift
- Help Bartender take inventory at the beginning and ending of the shift
- Provide breaks to Bartenders as allowed
- Assist Bartenders and wait staff as needed
- Check all orders received from the Storeroom for accuracy and quality and place orders in storage
- Check all liquor bottles for broken seals
- Provide courteous customer service to team members and customers
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked work area at all times
- Maintain facilities and equipment in compliance with safe work practices
- Ensure the security of customers' property at all times
- Concentrate in an intense, fast paced environment with numerous distractions
- Be dual-rated to work in other areas when needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
