Job Requirements
- Must be able to pass mandatory screening including a background check and drug test
- Must possess a California Food Handler Card
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Able to deal effectively and interact well with customers and co-workers
- Able to resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner
- Available for work which may include weekends and evening scheduling and ready for all programs and activities
- Able to work varied shifts and flexible schedules
- Able to communicate clearly with team members
- Able to work independently
- Able to work within a team environment
- Requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
- Must be able to lift and carry tools, supplies, and inventory up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to walk, stand, and bend at neck for 6 or more hours a day
- Must be able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation
- Position may require exposure to excessive noise
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Entry-level position
- Previous barback or food handling experience helpful
- Previous experience as a Bartender a plus
Job Duties
- Stocking all bars for supplies prior to the start of each shift
- Helping the Bartender taking inventory at the beginning and ending of the shift
- Providing breaks to Bartenders when allowed
- Assisting Bartenders and wait staff as needed
- Checking all orders received from the Storeroom for accuracy and quality and placing orders in storage
- Checking all liquor bottles for broken seals
- Providing courteous customer service to team members and customers
- Maintaining a clean, well-stocked work area at all times
- Maintaining facilities and equipment in compliance with safe work practices
- Ensuring the security of customers' property at all times
- Concentrating in an intense, fast paced environment with numerous distractions
- Being dual-rated to work in other areas when needed
- Performing other duties as assigned
