Job Requirements
- Must be able to pass mandatory screening including a background check and drug test
- must possess a California Food Handler Card
- must be at least 21 years of age
- available for work which may include weekends and evening scheduling
- able to work varied shifts and flexible schedules
- able to concentrate in an intense, fast paced environment with numerous distractions
- must be able to lift and carry tools, supplies, and inventory up to 50 pounds
- must be able to walk, stand, and bend at neck for 6 or more hours a day
- able to communicate clearly with team members
- able to work independently
- able to work within a team environment
- requires strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous barback or food handling experience helpful
- previous experience as a bartender a plus

Job Duties
- Stock all bars for supplies prior to the start of each shift
- help bartenders take inventory at the beginning and ending of the shift
- provide breaks to bartenders when allowed
- assist bartenders and wait staff as needed
- check all orders received from the storeroom for accuracy and quality and place them in storage
- check all liquor bottles for broken seals
- provide courteous customer service to team members and customers
- maintain a clean, well-stocked work area at all times
- maintain facilities and equipment in compliance with safe work practices
- ensure the security of customers' property at all times
- concentrate in an intense, fast paced environment with numerous distractions
- be dual-rated to work in other areas when needed
- perform other duties as assigned
