Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must possess a California Food Handler Card
Must be able to pass background check and drug test
Able to work varied shifts and flexible schedules including weekends and evenings
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task
Ability to communicate clearly
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for more than 6 hours
Ability to perform repetitive hand movements for entire shift
Ability to work in noisy environment
Must be able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation

Job Qualifications

Must be able to pass mandatory screening including a background check and drug test
Must possess a California Food Handler Card
Must be at least 21 years of age
Able to deal effectively and interact well with customers and co-workers
Able to resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner
Available for work including weekends and evening scheduling
Able to work varied shifts and flexible schedules
Able to communicate clearly with team members

Entry-level position
Previous barback or food handling experience helpful
Previous experience as a bartender a plus

Job Duties

Stock all bars for supplies prior to the start of each shift
Help bartenders take inventory at the beginning and end of the shift
Provide breaks to bartenders when allowed
Assist bartenders and wait staff as needed
Check orders received from the storeroom for accuracy and quality and place orders in storage
Check all liquor bottles for broken seals
Provide courteous customer service to team members and customers
Maintain a clean, well-stocked work area at all times
Maintain facilities and equipment in compliance with safe work practices
Ensure the security of customers' property at all times
Concentrate in an intense, fast paced environment with numerous distractions
Work in other areas when needed
Perform other duties as assigned
