Job Requirements
- High school or equivalent education
- Prior hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol
- Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
- Ability to push and pull equipment weighing up to 250 lbs
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be able to follow safety and security policies
- Must maintain neat and well-groomed appearance
- Must be detail oriented
- Must have basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work varying schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school or equivalent education
- Prior hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol
- Safe Server Alcohol and Food certification preferred
- Good communication skills including verbal, written, and electronic
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of table and bar service
- Knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and flavor profiles
- Ability to work independently
- Strong issue resolution and analytical skills
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
Job Duties
- Stock bar items such as glassware, straws, toothpicks, napkins, garnishes, ice, towels, and cleaning supplies
- Assist with recipe batching, ice molding, liquor infusions, washing and preparing garnishes
- Ensure taps, coolers, and appliances like blenders or coffee makers are clean and in working order
- Assist bartenders with taking customer orders and processing orders in the point-of-sale system during peak hours
- Clear tables throughout the dining experience using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware, and silverware
- Clean bar and table surfaces throughout the shift
- Wipe down chairs, railings, and other high-touch surfaces
- Remove and dispose of trash bags from receptacles in and around the bar area
- Sweep and mop in and around bar service and customer areas
- Ensure all liquor, beer, and wine product is stored safely and secured
- Wash glassware and dishes if steward is behind
- Assist service team as necessary to meet and exceed guest expectations
- Perform all other duties assigned by managers and supervisors
