Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
- must be at least 21 years old
- safe server alcohol and food certification preferred
- ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- ability to work in extreme temperatures including freezers and kitchens
- ability to lift up to 45 lbs
- ability to push and pull carts and equipment up to 250 lbs
- excellent communication skills
- basic computer literacy
- exceptional organizational skills
- able to work varying schedules reflecting business needs
- maintain neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
- regular attendance and punctuality
- comply with hotel safety and security policies
- ability to perform repetitive motions including bending, climbing, and lifting

Job Qualifications
- High school or equivalent education required
- prior hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
- must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol
- safe server alcohol and food certification preferred
- good communication skills, verbal, written, and electronic
- excellent leadership capability and customer relations skills
- detail oriented with outstanding organizational and communication skills
- basic computer skills
- basic computational ability
- ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers requiring patience, tact, and diplomacy
- knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, PMS, and POS
- self-driven and able to work independently
- strong issue resolution and analytical skills with attention to detail
- knowledge of table and bar service
- knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and flavor profiles
Job Duties
- Stocks bar items such as glassware, straws, toothpicks, napkins, garnishes, ice, towels, and cleaning supplies
- assists with recipe batching, ice molding, liquor infusions, washing and preparing garnishes
- ensures that taps, coolers, and appliances like blenders or coffee makers are clean and working
- assists bartenders with taking customer orders and processing orders in the point-of-sale system during peak hours
- clears tables using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware, and silverware
- cleans bar and table surfaces throughout the shift
- wipes down chairs, railings, and high-touch surfaces
- removes and disposes of trash bags in and around the bar area
- sweeps and mops bar service and customer common areas
- ensures all liquor, beer, and wine products are safely put away and secured
- may wash glassware and dishes if steward is behind
- assists service team as necessary to meet and exceed guest expectations
- performs other duties as assigned by managers and supervisors
