Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout shift up to 8 hours
- lift and carry up to 50 lbs, cases of liquor, kegs, ice bins
- bend, stoop, squat, and reach frequently
- push and pull carts or dollies
- work in loud, crowded, and fast-paced bar environments
- repetitive use of hands and arms for restocking and cleaning
Job Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills to manage the bar area efficiently, keeping supplies well-stocked and accessible
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment, anticipating the needs of the bartenders and adapting to changing demands
- attention to detail in crafting cocktails and setting up the bar presentation according to established standards
- positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to engage with both guests and fellow team members in a friendly and courteous manner
- able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and all holidays
Job Duties
- Keep the bar stocked with drinks, mixers, and supplies for bartenders
- prepare garnishes and set up stations before opening
- maintain a clean and organized bar area
- assist bartenders during busy times by fetching ingredients and helping with drink preparation
- wash glassware and utensils as needed
- maintain bar equipment and report issues if they arise
- dispose of waste and keep the area tidy
