Job Requirements
- must be able to work a variety of hours including weekends and increased schedules
- maintain a positive attitude every shift
- able to stand or walk for the majority of the shift
- able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- able to reach, bend, stoop, and wipe
- willing to perform other duties as assigned
- follow uniform and appearance guidelines
- arrive on time and in ready to work condition
- comply with all company policies
- pass a drug and alcohol test within 90 days of hire
Job Qualifications
- must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
- at least 1 year of closely related bartending experience
- knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktail recipes
- ability to interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
- experience working in high volume or fast casual dining preferred
Job Duties
- assist bartenders by preparing garnishes and stocking the bar
- ensure the bar is clean, sanitized, and well stocked
- follow recipes and product directions for mixing batched beverages
- check taps and appliances to ensure proper functioning
- speak to customers and answer questions
- adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies
- accept direction and constructive criticism from management
