Job Requirements

must be able to work a variety of hours including weekends and increased schedules
maintain a positive attitude every shift
able to stand or walk for the majority of the shift
able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
able to reach, bend, stoop, and wipe
willing to perform other duties as assigned
follow uniform and appearance guidelines
arrive on time and in ready to work condition
comply with all company policies
pass a drug and alcohol test within 90 days of hire

Job Qualifications

must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
at least 1 year of closely related bartending experience
knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktail recipes
ability to interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
experience working in high volume or fast casual dining preferred

Job Duties

assist bartenders by preparing garnishes and stocking the bar
ensure the bar is clean, sanitized, and well stocked
follow recipes and product directions for mixing batched beverages
check taps and appliances to ensure proper functioning
speak to customers and answer questions
adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies
accept direction and constructive criticism from management
