Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to read, speak, and write English
Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations and service standards
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds
Must be able to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks
Must have two to three years of relevant work experience

Job Qualifications

At least 18 years of age
Ability to interact with co-workers to assure compliance with service standards
Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
Must be able to read, speak and write English
Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
Availability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
Sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling
Two to three years experience working in a fast-paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant
Commitment to safe work habits and compliance with safety policies and procedures

Job Duties

Provide supplies and assist the bartender upon request to ensure exceptional guest service
Stock bar items daily and fill ice bins as needed
Anticipate needs throughout the shift
Assist in keeping all areas clean and organized
Report timely to work and prepared to start at the designated time
Know your work area and set up as directed
Abide by operating standards outlined in the policy and procedure manual
Ensure prompt, quality service
Perform other related duties as required
