Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- must have one year of food and beverage experience
- must have the ability to work well with guests and co-workers
- must have good communication skills
- must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours
- must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- must have the mobility to climb stairs on a routine basis
- must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment
- must be able to work all scheduled shifts including day, swing, graveyard and holidays
- must pass a pre employment illegal drug screen
- must obtain a Class IIIB license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and Washington State Gaming Commission
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- bartending school preferred
- one year of food and beverage experience
- good communication skills
- ability to work well with guests and co-workers
- additional education or related experience may substitute for minimum requirements
Job Duties
- assist bartenders while performing barback duties
- provide superior guest service while interacting with guests on the casino floor
- provide relief assistance to bar staff when needed
- stock beer, wine, liquor, mixers, ice and dry goods
- assist with keeping the bar area clean and presentable at all times
- perform additional job duties as assigned by the department manager
