Job Requirements
- Must be at least twenty-one years old
- Must have a valid Food Handlers Certification
- Must have an Alcohol Service Licensing or certification
- Ability to learn cash register software used by bar or restaurant POS such as Aloha, Hot Schedule, Paylocity
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evening, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift at least 15 pounds
- Prolonged periods standing and preparing drinks
- Ability to complete orders quickly and accurately
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least twenty-one years old
- Prior experience as a barback or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Basic knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails and their ingredients is advantageous
- Compliance with legal drinking age requirements and any other local alcohol service regulations
- Valid Food Handlers Certification

Job Duties
- Support bartenders by assisting in preparing and serving beverages by replenishing supplies such as ice, garnishes, and glassware
- Set up and break down the bar area by cleaning and polishing glassware, restocking drink ingredients, and arranging bar tools and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness by regularly cleaning and organizing the bar area including counters, floors, shelves, and equipment
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the bar manager or supervisor to ensure adequate supply of beverages, ingredients, and supplies
- Assist bartenders in serving customers by taking orders, delivering drinks, and providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with bartenders to prepare and serve specialty cocktails and operate beverage equipment such as blenders and coffee machines
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations and report any safety hazards or incidents to management promptly
- Work closely with bartenders, servers, and other staff members to ensure efficient communication and seamless operations during peak hours and events
- Stay updated on beverage trends, recipes, and bar techniques by attending training sessions and workshops
- Perform other related duties as assigned
