Job Requirements

Must be at least twenty-one years old
Must have valid Food Handlers Certification
Must have Alcohol Service Licensing or certification
Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift at least 15 pounds
Ability to learn cash register software such as Aloha, Hot Schedule, Paylocity
Strong attention to detail
Excellent team player and communication skills
Commitment to outstanding customer service

Job Qualifications

Must be at least twenty-one years old
Prior experience as a barback or in a similar hospitality role preferred but not mandatory
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
Valid Food Handlers Certification
Alcohol Service Licensing or certification
Ability to operate POS systems such as Aloha
Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques beneficial

Job Duties

Support bartenders by replenishing supplies such as ice, garnishes, and glassware in a timely manner
Set up and break down the bar area including cleaning and arrangement of tools and equipment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area including counters, floors, and shelves
Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management to restock supplies
Assist customers by taking orders and delivering drinks when bartenders are unavailable
Collaborate with bartenders to prepare specialty cocktails and operate beverage equipment
Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and events
Stay updated on beverage trends and participate in training sessions
Perform other related duties as assigned
