Job Requirements
- Must be at least twenty-one years old
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a barback in a fine dining or upscale bar environment
- Valid Food Handlers Certification
- Valid Alcohol Service Licensing or certification
- Ability to learn cash register software such as Aloha, Hot Schedule, and Paylocity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Prolonged periods standing and preparing drinks
- Ability to complete orders quickly and accurately
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
Job Qualifications

- Comprehensive knowledge of various spirits, wines, and beers
- Experience crafting unique cocktails that complement the restaurant's cuisine
Job Duties
- Support bartenders by replenishing supplies such as ice, garnishes, and glassware in a timely manner
- Set up and break down the bar area including cleaning and polishing glassware, restocking drink ingredients, and arranging bar tools and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area including counters, floors, shelves, and equipment
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with bar manager or supervisor to ensure adequate supply of beverages and ingredients
- Assist bartenders in serving customers by taking orders, delivering drinks, and providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with bartenders to prepare and serve specialty cocktails and operate beverage equipment
- Adhere to safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations and report any hazards or incidents
- Work closely with staff members to ensure efficient communication and seamless operations
- Perform other related duties as assigned
