Job Requirements
- Must be at least twenty-one years old
- minimum of 2 years of experience as a barback in a fine dining or upscale bar environment
- must have a valid Food Handlers Certification
- must have an Alcohol Service Licensing or certification
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- ability to complete orders quickly and accurately
- ability to work well as part of a team
Job Qualifications

- ability to learn cash register software such as Aloha, Hot Schedule, Paylocity
Job Duties
- Support bartenders by replenishing supplies such as ice, garnishes, and glassware in a timely manner
- set up and break down the bar area including cleaning and polishing glassware, restocking ingredients, and arranging bar tools
- maintain cleanliness of bar area including counters, floors, shelves, and equipment ensuring hygiene standards
- monitor inventory levels and communicate with bar manager to ensure adequate supplies
- assist bartenders in serving customers by taking orders and delivering drinks
- collaborate with bartenders to prepare specialty cocktails and operate beverage equipment
- adhere to safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
- work closely with team members to ensure seamless operations during peak hours
- perform other related duties as assigned
