Job Requirements
- Must be at least twenty-one years old
- minimum of 2 years of experience as a barback in a fine dining or upscale bar environment
- must have a valid Food Handlers Certification
- must have an Alcohol Service Licensing or certification
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work quickly and efficiently
- ability to work well as part of a team
- ability to learn cash register software such as Aloha, Hot Schedule, Paylocity
- must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- must be able to stand for prolonged periods
- willingness to comply with safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Support bartenders by replenishing supplies such as ice, garnishes, and glassware in a timely manner
- prepare the bar area for service including cleaning, polishing glassware, restocking drink ingredients, and arranging bar tools and equipment
- ensure proper cleaning and storage of bar items after service
- regularly clean and organize the bar area including counters, floors, shelves, and equipment
- monitor inventory levels and communicate with bar manager or supervisor to maintain adequate supplies
- assist in taking orders, delivering drinks, and providing exceptional customer service while bartenders are unavailable
- collaborate with bartenders to prepare and serve specialty cocktails and operate beverage equipment
- adhere to all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
- work closely with bartenders, servers, and other staff to ensure efficient communication and seamless operations during peak hours and events
- perform other related duties as assigned
