Job Requirements
- Prior experience of 2 to 3 years in a fast-paced bar, nightclub, or high-volume restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of bar operations, service standards, and basic food and beverage preparation
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, high-energy setting
- Strong communication skills
- ability to read, speak, and write in English
- Physical ability to lift and transport 10 to 30 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Able to stand, bend, stoop, reach, and move for extended periods
- Must be available to work all scheduled events including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed

Job Duties
- Stock bar items daily including beverages, garnishes, glassware, and paper products
- Refill ice bins and monitor supply levels throughout the shift
- Anticipate bartender needs and provide timely assistance to support smooth service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas, storage rooms, and equipment
- Arrive to work on time, prepared, and ready to set up as directed
- Adhere to company policies, operating standards, and safety procedures
- Deliver prompt, efficient, and quality support to ensure outstanding guest service
- Assist with closing duties including restocking and breakdown of bar stations
- Perform all other duties as assigned
