Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience 2-3 years in bar or hospitality industry preferred
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills including proficiency in English
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in fast-paced and physically demanding environments
- Commitment to adhere to safety and operating procedures
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience 2-3 years in a fast-paced bar nightclub or high-volume restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of bar operations service standards and basic food and beverage preparation
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented high-energy setting
- Strong communication skills able to read speak and write in English
- Physical ability to lift and transport 10-30 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Able to stand bend stoop reach and move for extended periods
- Availability to work all scheduled events including evenings weekends holidays and extended hours as needed
Job Duties
- Stock bar items daily including beverages garnishes glassware and paper products
- Refill ice bins and monitor supply levels throughout the shift
- Anticipate bartender needs and provide timely assistance to support smooth service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas storage rooms and equipment
- Arrive to work on time prepared and ready to set up as directed
- Adhere to company policies operating standards and safety procedures
- Deliver prompt efficient and quality support to ensure outstanding guest service
- Assist with closing duties including restocking and breakdown of bar stations
- Perform all other duties as assigned
