Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Basic experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Ability to lift moderate weights
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be at least 18 years old
Flexible availability including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

Willing to train
Strong time management skills
Excellent customer service skills
Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
Experience in brewing or cocktail preparation is advantageous
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area including proper food handling and safety practices
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons taking orders accurately and responding to inquiries
Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service without compromising quality
Assist with banquet services and catering events as needed showcasing versatility in different service styles
Handle cash transactions responsibly ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering practices
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during food service operations
Stay informed about drink recipes menu changes and promotions to enhance sales opportunities
