Job Duties
- perform opening and closing tasks such as organizing supplies and tools cleaning equipment and areas securing doors checking with supervisor before leaving stock and maintain work areas replenish ice glassware and paper supplies remove dirty items from bar surfaces and tables maintain cleanliness and good condition of bar furniture tables and other tools follow all company safety policies and procedures report maintenance or safety hazards complete safety training ensure professional appearance and uniform maintain confidentiality support team members with dignity and respect help team achieve common goals meet quality assurance standards move lift transport push drag objects up to 50 pounds stand sit or walk for long periods read and verify information use fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination reach above head and below knees bend twist move on uneven surfaces greet and acknowledge guests use clear professional language answer phone calls with proper etiquette perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisors
