Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- 2 to 3 years working in a fast paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant
- basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations and service standards
- ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds
- ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to read, speak and write English
- ability to perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling
- practice safe work habits and follow all safety policies and procedures
- complete company safety training
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to interact with co-workers to assure compliance with service standards
- basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
- ability to multi task in a fast paced, team orientated setting
- must be able to read, speak and write English
- ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- ability to work all Yankee Stadium events including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- must have sufficient mobility to perform production tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
- must have 2 to 3 years working in a fast paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant
Job Duties
- provide supplies and items to bartenders upon request
- stock bar items daily and fill ice bins as needed
- anticipate needs throughout the shift
- assist in keeping all areas clean and organized
- report timely to work and be prepared at starting time
- abide by operating standards outlined in policy and procedure manual
- ensure prompt and quality service is provided
