Job Duties
- Support bartenders by restocking liquor, beer, wine, glassware, and bar supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, back bar, and storage areas
- Assist with ice retrieval, garnish preparation, and bar setup
- Support opening and closing bar procedures
- Assist bartenders during peak service periods to ensure timely guest service
- Clear used glassware and barware promptly
- Maintain awareness of bar flow and guest volume
- Respond quickly to bartender requests
- Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to leadership
- Rotate product and follow proper storage procedures
- Assist with receiving and organizing beverage deliveries
- Support inventory counts as needed
- Work collaboratively with bartenders, cocktail servers, and leadership
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Demonstrate urgency, reliability, and attention to detail
- Accept coaching and feedback to support development
- Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and food handling standards
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service policies
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by restaurant leadership
- Maintain availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
