Job Requirements

Ability to speak, read, write and understand English
Professional demeanor appropriate for a luxury environment
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with guests, staff and management
Knowledge, understanding and compliance of policies and procedures, daily memorandums and other instructions

Job Qualifications

High school education or equivalent
Good knowledge of alcoholic beverage selections and garnish techniques
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Pleasant and professional demeanor appropriate for a luxury environment
Ability to operate effectively as part of a team
Understanding of health and safety standards in bar operations

Job Duties

Perform set up duties including side stations, storage areas and food staging area
Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards
Fold napkins for meal periods to maintain an adequate supply
Clean unexpected spills and execute special guest requests
Operate as a member of the team, helping others and requesting help as needed
Responsible for setup and break down of bar
Responsible for changing out and proper storage of liquor and beer kegs
Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
