Job Requirements

Part-time employment
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment
Strong work ethic and team orientation

Job Qualifications

6 plus months in a high-volume hospitality or bar setting preferred
Must be physically able to lift 50 lbs 160 lbs with assistance full beer keg and be on the feet for long periods
Strong communication and time management skills
Punctual detail-oriented and team-first mentality
Interest in learning cocktail techniques and beverage knowledge
Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Stock and restock all bar supplies including liquor mixers ice glassware garnishes and tools
Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar before and after service
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area backbar and storage areas
Wash and polish glassware throughout the shift
Remove trash and recycling from the bar area regularly
Support bartenders during service by anticipating needs and ensuring efficiency
Assist with deliveries and proper storage of all bar-related inventory
Uphold all sanitation safety and hygiene standards
