Job Duties
- Greet and acknowledge guests when performing barback related functions
- Retrieve orders from storeroom and verify accuracy with storeroom personnel and bartenders
- Prepare garnishes by cutting, slicing, peeling fruits and mixing juices according to projected business
- Maintain adequate supplies such as stir sticks, napkins, matches for bar and extended service areas
- Keep bar area, beer lockers, refrigeration, and storage areas clean and compliant with health code standards
- Scoop and transport ice to service areas and replenish ice containers
- Collect and box empty liquor bottles for later returns and requisitions
- Transport and replace taps and perform routine maintenance on beer kegs
- Follow sustainability guidelines under HHM's EarthView program
- Practice safe work habits and comply with MSDS and OSHA standards
- Perform other duties as requested by management
