Job Requirements

Must be of at least 18 years of age
be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
be able to safely lift and easily maneuver kegs and other boxes up to 100 pounds or more

be able to safely lift and easily maneuver kegs and other boxes up to 100 pounds or more

Job Duties

Maintain and stock all juices, liquors and beers in the bar area
change and replace kegs when needed
keep ice wells stocked at all times and clean
make sure that fruit is always cut and that there are backups readily available
make sure all glassware is fully washed and stocked
make sure garbages are emptied when needed and floors are clean of debris at all times
mop floors when needed
