Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age minimum
- experience in Barback position or bar/restaurant environment preferred
- alcohol awareness training preferred
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work varied hours/days including weekends and holidays
- highly motivated and goal driven
- confidence, enthusiasm, passion to win
- excellent teamwork and customer service skills
- strong verbal communication and listening skills
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- prioritization and time management skills
- ability to multitask well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment

Job Duties
- Maintain bar inventory
- transfer inventory from storage to bar area
- clear and reset tables/bar areas
- ensure cleanliness and organization of bar/storage area/bathrooms
- assist bartenders with customer service needs
- perform opening/closing responsibilities
- practice safe handling and cleanliness standards at all times
- actively participate in the company's social media program by posting/sharing company fliers to personal social media accounts, if available
- perform other work-related duties as assigned
