Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age minimum
experience in Barback position or bar/restaurant environment preferred
alcohol awareness training preferred
high school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to work varied hours/days including weekends and holidays
highly motivated and goal driven
confidence, enthusiasm, passion to win
excellent teamwork and customer service skills
strong verbal communication and listening skills
excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
prioritization and time management skills
ability to multitask well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment

Job Duties

Maintain bar inventory
transfer inventory from storage to bar area
clear and reset tables/bar areas
ensure cleanliness and organization of bar/storage area/bathrooms
assist bartenders with customer service needs
perform opening/closing responsibilities
practice safe handling and cleanliness standards at all times
actively participate in the company's social media program by posting/sharing company fliers to personal social media accounts, if available
perform other work-related duties as assigned
