Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant setting preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to understand oral and written instructions
- Physical ability to lift, bend, stoop, reach, carry, pull, and push objects up to 10 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Maintain high knowledge regarding company's products and events
- Communicate effectively with guests
- Clean bar, counters, glassware, and utensils
- Stock the bar with liquor, beer, wine, juices, glassware, utensils, napkins, garnishes, and condiments
- Document inventory use, spills, and waste
- Stock refrigerating units and change empty beer kegs
- Monitor cooler temperatures and report deficiencies
- Maintain adequate ice supply
- Empty and clean trash cans
- Clean and stock supply room
- Notify management of low inventory and recommend new inventory
- Assist bartenders with cleaning and breakdown
- Complete opening, running, and closing duties as assigned
- Assist in training new employees
- Follow proper lifting and carrying techniques
- Adhere to company policies and participate in training
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Demonstrate hospitality and courteousness consistently
