- at least one year of barback experience in a fine dining or high volume bar or restaurant
- ability to lift 50 lbs
- adaptable and able to thrive in a team environment
- quick and efficient worker with a can-do attitude
- strong work ethic and able to work under pressure
- excellent customer service skills
- high school diploma
- willing to work all shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- collect empty glasses from the bar and stock glassware
- wipe off counters, clean equipment and dishes as needed
- pick up food, drink spills, broken dishes, and bottles
- prepare fruit trays by cutting garnishes
- restock liquor bottles and beer, and change out beer kegs
- refill ice wells
- other duties not listed above
