Job Requirements
- High school or equivalent education required
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Job Qualifications
- Able to work flexible hours (nights, weekends)
- Can lift heavy items, sometimes overhead
- Responsible, dependable, punctual
- Good communication skills
- must be able to speak, read, and understand English
- Clean and professional appearance
- Demonstrates enthusiasm for all things 21c
- Must pass a background check
Job Duties
- Familiar with and knows the location of every item in inventory
- Assists and executes any and all tasks as assigned by bartender
- Stocks bar to par level before and after each shift
- Stocks bar service area
- Communicates with bartenders throughout shift
- Reports to work on time and ready to work scheduled shift
- Maintains a positive, friendly attitude with co-workers and guests
