Job Requirements

  • Must be 21+ years of age
  • age restriction due to serving of alcohol as a primary job duty
  • must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (kegs, cases, ice bins, etc.)
  • able to stand, walk, and move for 6-10 hour shifts
  • availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must have or obtain any required local/state food handler or alcohol service permits (if applicable)

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a bar or restaurant is a plus, but not required
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • knowledge of sanitation regulations

Job Duties

  • Stock and restock bar with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, ice, and other bar supplies throughout the shift
  • assist bartenders in maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
  • ensure all areas behind the bar remain clean and free of spills, broken glass, and other hazards
  • replace kegs, change soda lines, and dispose of empty bottles or trash quickly and efficiently
  • refill ice bins and maintain ice supply during busy service hours
  • help with end-of-shift breakdown, cleaning, and restocking
  • wash and sanitize glasses
  • support overall bar operations and jump in where needed to keep service flowing
