Job Requirements
- Ability to work full-time and flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in noisy environments with dim lighting and special effects
- Ability to perform repetitive reaching, stooping, and lifting 45-70 pounds
- Visual ability to measure drink ingredients accurately
- Ability to remain stationary for entire shifts
- Compliance with company and OSHA safety protocols
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States
- Must possess necessary valid local food and alcohol certifications
Job Qualifications
- Valid Food Worker/Health Card
- Valid Alcohol Awareness (TAM/AES) Card
- Valid LVMPD Non-gaming card
- Previous experience in high-volume restaurant, bar, or entertainment venue preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Completion of Bartending School and valid POUR card preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of all bars and work areas to departmental standards
- Maintain bar and service ware during shift
- Assist bartenders with bar service and customer requests
- Obtain bar stock, ice, and service items from storage
- Replace soda BIBs and CO2 tanks as required
- Clean and sanitize tables and glassware continuously
- Remove used service items promptly
- Assist with bar set-up and breakdown including portable bars
- Prepare fruits, vegetables, and syrups for cocktails
- Stock and replenish bar and beverage storage items
- Possess in-depth knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails
- Operate POS system and process payments
- Communicate guest concerns to management timely
- Perform side work and follow all health and alcohol regulations
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to enhance guest experience
