Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Minimum of two years experience as a Barback
- Ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds with assistance if needed
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments
- Ability to understand and comply with safety regulations
- Legal age to serve alcohol
- Strong communication skills
- Must provide required work cards for the position

Job Duties
- Maintain a calm demeanor during high-volume periods
- Anticipate customer and store needs by evaluating environment and customers
- Follow operational policies and procedures including cash handling and safety
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Ensure regular attendance and punctuality
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Assist bartenders with job functions to maintain service flow
- Clean and organize bar tops and floors
- Clear and wipe down tables in lounge areas
- Receive and deliver product to appropriate outlets and stock accordingly
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Distinguish differences or similarities in flavors and odors when necessary
- Comply with all safety regulations and rules
