Job Requirements

  • Ability to comply with hygiene and safety regulations
  • physically able to perform tasks involving lifting up to 40lbs
  • experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • commitment to high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • willingness to perform various duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in restaurant, hospitality or entertainment management in bar service a plus
  • superior customer service and interpersonal skills
  • proactive in problem solving
  • flexible with varying schedules to reflect the business needs
  • some knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service preferred
  • must be able to lift, carry, push and pull stock, chairs, tables up to 40lbs with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties

  • Set up the bar with product and supplies for service to our guests
  • presenting a friendly, pleasant and courteous demeanor at all times
  • preparation of cocktail ingredients such as fresh citrus juices and syrups
  • keg management
  • stock and maintain cleanliness of bar area, glasses and utensils
  • glassware and supply management
  • labeling, cleanliness, organization at bar and storage areas
  • follow all safety and sanitation procedures when handling food and beverages
  • perform other duties as assigned
