Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years experience in food service or bar environment
- Knowledge of guest service principles
- Good oral communication
- Ability to perform physical tasks of the job
- Ability to understand and communicate in English
- Ability to stand for long periods during events
- Ability to move throughout the facility regularly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent desired
- 1-2 years experience in food service or bar environment
- Knowledge of guest and personal service principles
- Good oral communication skills
- Mature judgment and professionalism
- Ability to understand orders and written information
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Job Duties
- Complete tasks related to stocking, replenishing, cleaning, maintenance, and preparation of beverages under bartender guidance
- Maintain and stock supplies such as glasses, cups, napkins, drink supplies, condiments
- Stock refrigerating units with wines, beer, and replace beer kegs
- Replenish ice at bar
- Clean and polish bar, counters, shelves, equipment, and bar stools
- Perform trash pickup and disposal at bar and bar service areas
- Review work procedures and operational problems to improve service, performance, and safety
