Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- high School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- must obtain Bossier ABO and LACT
- familiarity with bar environment preferred
- ability to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights
- ability to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment
- ability to stand, lift, walk, bend, and stoop throughout duration of shift
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- prior Food and Beverage experience helpful, but not required

Job Duties
- Interacts with beverage servers and guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
- ensures that the outlet is maintained and cleaned during all periods of operation
- maintains par levels of operating supplies and equipment for each bar, obtaining replacement stock from warehouse inventory in accordance with procedure
- stores liquors, fruits, glassware, linen, paper supplies and sundries in their designated areas, while following established storage guidelines and safety procedures
- maintains inventory of all bar related products
- supports bartender needs, ices drink glasses and pours non-alcoholic drinks as needed
- removes and properly disposes of all refuse and debris accumulated in restaurants and service stations in accordance with department procedures
- sorts bottles and corrugated cardboard for recycling
- completes related job duties assigned by Supervisor
