- able to stand for an eight-hour shift
- able to lift 50 lbs
- able to reach above head and bend to put items on floor or low shelves

- able to repetitively lift glass racks and bus buckets

Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service according to expectations
- prepare the restaurant for service prior to pre-shift
- maintain shift par levels on all bottles, beer, mixers, juices and fruit garnishes
- keep all service wells stocked with ice
- maintain cleanliness of work area behind and adjacent to bar
- complete daily and weekly side work consistently
- assist other staff members as necessary
- complete additional tasks as assigned by management
- keep management informed of any problems or guest complaints
- follow all company policies as outlined in the handbook
