Job Requirements

Able to read, understand and speak English
able to communicate clearly and concisely
able to stand for an eight-hour shift
able to lift 50 lbs
able to reach above head and bend to put items on floor or low shelves
able to climb stairs and ladders
able to repetitively lift glass racks and bus buckets
able to work as part of a team
able to work at a consistently fast pace in a loud environment

Job Duties

Provide excellent guest service according to expectations
prepare the restaurant for service prior to pre-shift
maintain shift par levels on all bottles, beer, mixers, juices and fruit garnishes
keep all service wells stocked with ice
maintain cleanliness of work area behind and adjacent to bar
complete daily and weekly side work consistently
assist other staff members as necessary
complete additional tasks as assigned by management
keep management informed of any problems or guest complaints
follow all company policies as outlined in the handbook
